Hi, I'm Juliana DaCosta, and for over 15 years, I've been helping people like you succeed in Real Estate.

Whether you’re an aspiring agent itching to start your new career or an experienced Realtor® ready to step up to Broker, I’ve probably been exactly where you are right now.

In fact, over the past 40 years that I’ve been in the Real Estate industry, there’s not a lot I haven’t done!

Over that time, I’ve seen people come and go, careers blossom and burn out, and I’ve watched the industry itself go through wave after wave of change.

But through it all, there’s one thing that has never changed, and I believe it never will.

In fact, this one thing is the very reason I started the DaCosta School of Real Estate in 2006 to provide top-quality Real Estate education classes for people like you.

That “one thing” is this: for good people willing to work hard, do their best, and put their clients first, the Real Estate industry is filled with nearly unlimited potential for success.

And with a little help from our Real Estate education classes, I believe that success is yours for the taking.

Our Instructors

Jason Jakus – Instructor

Jason is the Owner-Broker of NextHome Advisors, an innovative and consumer centric real estate company with over 45 Realtors® in 3 offices in Lee County Florida, specializing in Luxury and Waterfront homes.

He is a highly sought after National Speaker and Real Estate Instructor, and has authored several courses including “Avoid the Hack”, “Survive and Thrive”, “Building Your Business Pipeline”, and “Master Negotiation Techniques”. Jason is also a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) instructor for Florida Realtors and teaches “Sales & Marketing”, “Contact to Contract”, “Goal Setting & Business Planning”, “Personal Promotion” “International Real Estate” and “Technology Tools”.

Blanca Contreras – Instructor

In addition to earning her Salesperson license in 1997 and Broker's license in 2013, Blanca is a Certified International Property Specialist and holds additional certifications including Transnational Referral Certification and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Code of Trust.

She also holds such designations as At Home with Diversity, Cape Coral Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute and Accredited Buyer Representative. 

She is very active in international real estate circles and is broker-associate and team manager for Contreras Team Internationalé in Cape Coral. She is also active in the affordable housing community and volunteers on committees to assist financially challenged homebuyers.

Sean Rowland – CEO

For nearly 20 years, Sean has been building businesses and helping others do the same. He is the founder and president of NewGen Realty, RentFix Property Management, PestFix Home Services, and several other ventures.

Chris Erich – General Counsel

Chris is an experienced professional in the legal field. He specializes in corporate and real estate law, with a focus on property-related matters.
