  • DAYTIME classes are typically held Monday–Friday from 10am to 6pm for a total of 7 in-class sessions.
  • EVENING classes are typically held Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6pm to 10pm for a total of 14 in-class sessions.

Course Description

This is the starting point and a comprehensive licensing package is designed to cover everything a prospective salesperson in Florida needs for pre-licensing education, exam preparation and beyond. This class includes everything you need to be prepared for your initial real estate exam.

In addition, your class will include special guest visits by industry professionals, such as attorneys, brokers, mortgage brokers, agents, and other business entrepreneurs. They teach invaluable business principals that will help you in your new career!

Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices, and Law: this 63-hour course sets the standard for real estate education in Florida. Updated annually, this course provides you with the latest developments in Florida real estate law and practice. You can reinforce key concepts with instructional videos, practice activities, end-of-unit quizzes, and a 100-question practice exam.
The program is designed to arm you with business building skills and critical operating activities utilized by the nation’s most successful real estate agents. You will leave this program ready to implement your own personal business, marketing, and income plans.
